(2016-7-13) Guitar Star is back for a second series on Sky Arts. Watch Guitar Star finalists perform at the Alcove Stage.

(2016-6-9) Latitude Festival are delighted to announce acts for the Literary Arena, Wellcome Trust Hub and further Poetry Arena names performing at this year's event.

Welcome the Will Hutton, V & A Museum, Deirdre Murphy, Ewen MacAskill, Jamie McKelvie & Kieron Gillen interviewed by Emily Mackay. Find out who else will perform in the Literary Arena.

The Wellcome Trust Hub will once again host a variety of incredible discussions, debates and performances this year. The line up includes a talk by the author of NHS foundation’s Be Mindful report Ed Halliwell, the Festival of The Spoken Nerd - the science comedy phenomenon that will feed your brain, Dr. Pippa Kennedy in her talk on how immune systems are sensitive to emotions, a discussion on The Sociology & Psychology of Fun with Dr Bree Macdonald and Dr Ben Fincham, plus many more.

An MBE award winner, Jackie Kay, will be join in the Poetry Arena this year. This stellar line up wouldn't be complete without acts such as Poet in the City, Dizraeli, Caleb Femi, Andy Bennett, Lisa Luxx and more. Further acts have also been announced to perform at The Faraway Forest and Pandora's Playground.

(2016-4-29) Latitude Festival are adding even more names to the Latitude 2016 line up, including the first selection of dance productions and companies and the first Film & Music appearance from Adam Buxton and Louis Theroux.

The UK festival exclusive from David and Stephen Dewaele's band Soulwax, plus a long list of returning acts and festival favourites including Beta Band troubadour Steve Mason, electronic producer Gold Panda, heart-on-their-sleeve performers Augustines and powerfully articulate folksinger Emmy the Great.

(2016-4-12) Latitude Festival are also pleased to announce a new wave of acts on the BBC 6 Music Stage, as Slaves return to the festival, along with critically lauded electronic soul duo Honne. Minor Victories, made up of Mogwai, Slowdive and Editors members, are set to perform a festival exclusive at Henham Park this summer.

The Sunrise Arena will also host indie art quartet Teleman, renowned Scottish singer songwriter and founder of The Delgados Emma Pollock, indie veteran and composer Bill Ryder Jones, London’s new exhilarating five-piece Pumarosa, and Suffolk’s very own new experimental duo Let’s Eat Grandma.

Bear’s Den; the critically acclaimed Ivor Novello nominated British folk rock duo also join the incredible bill of acts performing on the Obelisk arena this summer.
