Most of you are aware that in addition to the incredible line-up, Bluesfest 2016 welcomes back Boomerang Festival, in the largest gesture of support by a private organisation in the region of indigenous arts & culture.

Boomerang is Northern NSW's first indigenous arts & culture festival and curated to the highest of standards by one of the world's most respected, indigenous creative directors, Rhoda Roberts, who also happens to be a Bundjalung woman.

Boomerang offers the answer to what the entire nation is seeking: Reconcilation. Boomerang has the potential to become one of the foremost cultural events on the Australian calendar.

Supporting Boomerang is a gift you give yourself. The cultural enrichment offered by our First Nations people is something that will open your eyes, your mind, and possibly even change your life - for the better.

If you are one of the 92% of Australians who agree that indigenous arts and culture is important, and want to raise your hand as one of the First Friends of Boomerang, support the crowd funding campaign, so we can bring you an even greater event. What's so good about this campaign is you can support Boomerang, experience some of the most beautiful parts of our local region, and get a Bluesfest 2016 festival ticket in one hit! You can't go wrong!

Hurry - the campaign concludes on Sunday 31st January 2016. Join the community and spread the word!
